I applaud anybody who starts their own business because that is something not everybody can do no matter who it is we should always sport businesses such as long as. carry the products that we essentially need the one thing that makes this company great is that it is eco-friendly and organic which makes it safe or everybody doesn’t come with chemicals that they put in other products that may affect each and every person in a different way.

In conclusion, when you work for Uber or Postmates or any other companies that I have mentioned and listed it’s an opportunity to get real income coming in rather than going out and the only things that you may have to purchase is a vehicle and a portable charger.
Still in Arkansas Gordon Ramsay visits Southern Boulevard AKA sobos in Little Rock Arkansas a Korean-American restaurant, owned and operated by Jermaine 1/2 black half Korean man who wanted to open up a restaurant make his parents proud and provide the American dream or his family however, unfortunately, his lack of experience with the service industry shows.
Gordon decides to work in the back as your sound man where can we see up close and personal the rotten produce dirty stove, food cooked improperly, cross-contamination and microwaved food.
During the staff meeting, both Veronica who is the waitress and acts as manager along with his girlfriend are doing everything possible to help Jermaine so Gordon agrees to step in or 24-hours.
During the kitchen inspection, things are a lot worse than it originally appeared with a non-working fridge and damaged products pulled pork that’s been expired 4 months a kitchen that has been clean in 8 months hot blood-soaked chicken the excuse that had Chef gave was that there is no leadership in the back of house in addition to being disgruntled over the Lack leadership and leadership.
Gordon recruits Michael a local Chef in Little Rock, his experience revolves around his father’s restaurant and his experience in food.
The new head chef Michael knocks it out of the park finishing a successful relaunch well that is happening Gordon assists, Jermaine, in confidence and Leadership while he started off Rocky he continues to improve through the night.
In conclusion, when you going to any business you have to do your research and Edition be sure to not only keep your employee’s happy talk to your employees and those around you to figure out ways you can improve on the restaurant management, or if you really want to have your business work for you then you need to hire general manager to run the plates
Gordon Ramsay set aside out of Pizzeria bear Den Pizza in a college town in Conway Arkansas owned by Brad and Steven they are co-owners of Bruster’s and Bears Pizza Den
Brad is conservative has a wife and family, Steven is it happy with a clear substance abuse problem which is causing problems not only in the business but in a friendship as well Steven has spent his time at the restaurant destroying the foundation poking holes and breaking furniture the decor is ripped and the kitchen does not have a working stove as a pizza oven and a microwave.
As you first walk into the restaurant a couple things that are noted
After Gordon takes off his hippie disguised he takes a guest outside to show everyone what is going on Brad meets the crew at Hell on Wheels.
After talking to the employees it is apparent that Brad is not in control of the situation Brad has allowed Steven to take control over Bears Den which has lead to disastrous results for the point where the employees we’re ready to quit because of Stevens Behavior.
After a drastic look at the kitchen Gordon makes it clear to them that they need to step it up and clean everything in the kitchen in order to move forward and that’s exactly what they do.
While the team is preparing the restaurant the cooks are learning the new menu Gordon decides to sit with Brad and explain to him that he needs to remove Steven from the restaurant after talking to Brad Cordon set aside at Steven who is dealing with substance abuse and depression from his failed is among other things he tries to convince Gordon that he quit drinking but Gordon knows better.
As relaunch is approaching Brad and Gordon try to convince Steven to step back Brad offers Steve a role as a silent partner so he can check himself into a rehabilitation center Which is how anyone employer or partner should conduct business.
With the new kitchen and the decor looking amazing the doors are finally open relaunch however the chef still need a little more training but with the house of Gordon and his team the Pizza makers bounce back and with that they end the night on a great note and a successful relaunch
Three months later they’re doing pretty well and Steven is doing a lot better.
In conclusion when you’re running a business with someone you have to hold each other accountable when something is not being done that includes letting anything’s pass and when it comes to issues so sensitive as substance abuse you have to handle it with love and compassion.
This episode of Gordon Ramsay’s 24 hours to hell and back Gordon sets his sights to Oak Park, CA, to save the Park Restaurant and Bar owned and operated by Kirin and Angelita Stone.
Opened in 2017 they’ve been through a lot of trials and tribulations due to the wildfires in Oak Park in 2019 when they lost their home because of it since then they haven’t been able to attract enough attention to keep the doors open as a result he let go of his GM and his executive chef which proved to be disastrous.
When he’s not running a restaurant is a host of a show called The fixers (2019) a One-hour high-stakes reality series in which an “A-team” of experienced builders travels around the world to remote locations in significant need.
However, without proper leadership, the restaurant is doing terrible so Gordon decides to see what’s wrong with the place from self and while he plays a firefighter.
He enlists the help of football legend Rob Gronkowski to distract everyone else from his disguise as Captain Frank.

When you first enter the restaurant it seems more like a beach bar then anything else the decor is Bland and the food looks like it came out of Grease pit after Gordon reveals himself Katie the bartender who should be the GM immediately starts crying out of sheer embarrassment.
Gordon goes to the whole slideshow of what’s going on behind closed doors which is a lack of leadership poor rotation of food and negligence from the owner and the only ones that have it together are the employees the 2 Cooks, however, do need a little bit more supervision.
During the review of the front and back of the house, it’s discovered that the maintenance of the kitchen has par-cooked been clean in over a month on top of that par-cooked medium-rare chicken cross-contaminated with Brussel sprouts which cause bacteria to seep into the chicken making it inedible the and lastly blood-soaked chicken, the response from the Kirin was as if it wasn’t his problem because he doesn’t deal with the kitchen so he wouldn’t know what to look for.
After discussing the business with Kirin and his wife Gordon is convinced that maybe the restaurant is not a priority for him and you should just step way, now to be clear one of the purposes of owning your business is time freedom and with a good team the restaurant can be salvaged which is an argument that Gordon does make however he prefers that owners be more involved in the restaurant then none at all.
After the 2 Cooks are tried and tested through the new menu Gordon sides to hire a chef Ozzy who won the burger challenge.
After rocky dinner service, Gordon leaves satisfied however the update to the story is Chef Ozzy was never hired by Kirin and he made it seem like he never showed up to work the next day and Kevin followed right after unfortunately Kirin and Angelita are separated but they tell have good reviews online.
A couple months ago I signed up for Shaw Academy I studied social media marketing four 4 months this is pretty much my thoughts on Shaw Academy.
The first 4 weeks are free at every month after that you have to pay for while I admit I was ready to quit the first month by the time it was $60 a month and an additional $240 for the final certifications and toolkit
The learning material itself is generic and outdated, the customer service is nonexistent it’s impossible to get through they never email mail you unless you quit and the only receipt you get are on your bank statements any certificates you have to download it or print it out.
If I could suggest anything I’d suggest going with skillshare or 360 training at the end of day invest in yourself
Gordon Ramsay visits Jackson Ward, Virginia to save Southern Kitchen Which is owned by a mother and daughter team Shane Robert Thomas, a black-owned business owner who has 20 years experience in sales and marketing, Her daughter Chelsea Who Was working in the education system Almost ten years before she decided to invest in her mother and kelyn.
In 2008 Shane opened up her first restaurant which was an unfortunate failure Where is Chelsea invest staying over $60,000? She decided to we’re at the restaurant. To ensure that it doesn’t fail.
Shane micromanages the kitchen and adds her own flavor to the food which is an abundance of parsley so much so that Gordon feels his bag with it.
In this episode Gordon Ramsay disguises himself as a white Madea he goes to the restaurant with a book club The food is dry and overcooked an overload of parsley and a slow cook.
During the big reveal, it shows that there is a lack of communication, ownership, and structure And mostly it’s due to the drama between the daughters. In addition to the stress that Shane and Chelsea.
With the only problems being internal rather than external Gordon Ramsay works on trying to repair the relationship within the family and assist Chef Dre To take control of his kitchen.
Gordon then meets with Chelsea to see her perspective on things and it’s revealed that she never really wanted to be in the business, but now that she is a businesswoman And has a degree in education She Has aspirations to open up her own daycare While kelyn doesn’t know what her she wants and just following in her mothers footsteps.
After talking to the kids Gordon has to now talk sense into Shane, she doesn’t take it so well and tries to wall away but with the help of Shane’s mother they managed to get through to her and after a successful evening, They’re on their way to the road of success.
Three months later The reviews have been phenomenal this episode stuck out to me because this family was so sophisticated and coachable It reminds me of when my father owned his restaurant and how he tried his best to put family first even if it was 4 hours a phone call and a game.
Recently Barnes and Nobles on 5th Avenue tried to kick off a Black History Month in the laziest way instead of showcasing books by black authors.
Barnes and Noble took classic books and colored it Black and a lot of these illustrations were kind of tone-deaf, to say the least titles like Frankenstein, Peter pan, The Adventures of Alice, Romeo and Juliet.
There are a lot of children’s books by black authors and illustrators.
When it comes to the issue of diversity you have 3 camps you have those who care for it, ( diversity auditors) those who are against it ( ist & phobes) and those see that its a slight myth except the Oscars That one Rings very true at times but I’ll get back to that separate post.
Diversity Auditors are those who Believe in their own, right That representation matters Which it does, However, Not only do they want to change characters to fit their narrative they are unwilling to come up with new ideas and original characters That represented them They also forget the past. Which I will get into shortly.
These are the ones who will talk more about how woke and diverse something is how diversity is killing Hollywood rather than talking about The major issues with shows and movies, which is the story Or that thing called a plot, These folks are also in a category all of their own (fandom Menace)
Now the truth that both parties ignore is the fact that diversity and representation has been ongoing since the 1960s one of the diverse shows was Star Trek And that show got canceled after 3 Seasons Which spawned 6 movies in before joining the Next Generation Which featured a blind guy a female security officer a counselor a doctor a Klingon and an Android And we cannot forget about the wise bartender Guinan played by Whoopi Goldberg.
Also, the idea that African-Americans are portrayed in film and TV as negative stereotypes I should remind those who believe that, are wrong because there have been many movies and television where African-American cast are portrayed as good guys Examples are as followed Family Matters, The Cosby Show, Living Single, Martin, Tyler Perry’s House of Payne, In addition, there are a couple of actors That Hardly ever see portrayed as the bad guy Samuel Jackson, Will Smith, Martin Lawrence Ice Cube and Ice-T.
LGBTQ community is another group that has forgotten the countless characters that have been portrayed in movies and shows one example would be Six Feet Under, Will & Grace, they’ve even played doctors on ER and house m.d. the character Renee Montoya first premiered on Batman the Animated Series, in addition, Batwoman was created in 1956.
You have the argument of the gender And race swap in movies, However, that also has been going on for a long time examples example of this is Daredevil Kingpin Wilson Fisk who was played by Michael Clarke Duncan It could have been played by Kane Hodder who made an appearance in the film But wasn’t.
Another perfect example of this is Nick Fury which is portrayed by Samuel l Jackson and Will Smith’s portrayal of James West from the Wild Wild, We also can’t forget that Denzel Washington’s character Alonzo in Training Day was based on Rafael Perez the corrupt LAPD officer, Patch Adams also had a gender swap.
The superhero genre saw its excitement with Black Panther movie Where diversity auditors were extremely excited to have the very first black superhero on the big screen that they forgot about blade and steel While one can argue that steel was not a good enough movie It’s still part of the superhero lore none the less Same thing came up with Captain Marvel ignoring Supergirl Well one can say Hollywood does take a long time to create stand-alone female superhero films And we do need more then what we have But that’s still something that needs to be explored.
This is another category that has many scratching their heads head because there have been many strong female leaves especially in the horror genre like Ripley from Alien, Nancy Thompson, Kristin and Alice from a nightmare on street, Sidney Prescott and Gale Weathers From the Scream franchise, However, there is something wrong with the recent movies that have come out one example is The 2019 remake of black Christmas which only had one great seeing which is the hit song up in the frat house.
Black Christmas and Charlie’s Angels failed for this exact reason because they focused more on the message rather than the story itself black Christmas is a perfect example of this I will also go as far as to say is that it hung on the coattails of the original 2,
watching this movie made me wonder why they called it black Christmas when they could have even called it up in the frat house, which is the song that they sing in the movie which is the only good part about it If you ask me.
Birds of Prey and the fantabulous emancipation of one Harley Quinn learned from Black Christmas and actually gave a pretty entertaining story The only thing wrong with Harley Quinn was they changed one thing black mask that made the character who he was.
To finish up my last point I want to talk about creating an original character instead of changing something that’s already fixed, for example during a Comic-Con event. Before Stanley had passed away someone in the panel had asked if Peter Parker would ever date another male Basically, would Peter Parker be gay And the answer to that was no. This is an answer I agree with wholeheartedly not because I am homophobic Because I am far from it it’s because there’s always an opportunity to create an original character Which is exactly what they did in the arrowverse with Sara Lance(White Canary) Alex Danvers, Kate Kane, (Batwoman) and Anissa Pierce (Thunder) or even Carol Danvers (Captain Marvel)
to those people on both sides of the argument the diversity Auditors and The Fandom Menace, I say this

Seafarer family restaurant Is a family-owned seafood restaurant in Manquin, Virginia 30 minutes away from Richmond and 1 hour from the beaches, while it sits on a busy highway At the time they were unable to attract local and truck population.
Manquin, Virginia is known for its war reenactments So it was pretty fun to see Gordon dress up as a British soldier During the episode He recruited season 3 winner and podcaster Chef Rock Harper, as the decoy.
The restaurant is run by 2 sisters Amber and Autumn Two sisters will have zero experience. And very little passion for the restaurant the head chef Logan Is a 20-year-old recovering narcotics user Who’s also Amber’s son.
After the horrendous food and horrid smell coming from the kitchen, Both rock and Gordon emerged To say how bad the service was and the footage didn’t make it any better.
a couple of things that were wrong with a place was improper food storage rusted and dirty equipment and lack of accountability and Leadership Autumn one of the owners kept throwing everyone under the bus, in addition, She would put her boyfriend to work instead of her nephew she even chased out customers because they didn’t leave enough tip.
2 of the things that I took issue with this episode. It is something that happens to frequent in the work environment and it’s no cell phone use, It is the use of drugs and alcohol while on duty, I am a strong believer. You should always be sober-minded While you work However, what you choose to do after work Is your business.
The other thing is the lack of customer service Don’t chase people down for their tips That’s just rude and desperate.
Now when it comes to Seafood I’m no expert but as the video describes Seafood is a lot trickier than cooking regular food for example of shellfish need to be fresh and live Before they can be served Shellfish have to be stored in a freshwater tank wow fish Like other meat needs to be stored on ice or in a freezer if not done this way the crabs could die and decompose very quickly And there are a lot of diseases that come in fish.
When you work or on anything, you have to make sure that you have sufficient knowledge and what you’re doing. If not, then it’s not going to work out. If a person does not have the passion nor knowledge. Like a seafood restaurant, It’s going to fail. So at that point, you may want to change your menu So it better Fits your overall palette.
Has Gordon Ramsay teaches the head chef they get into the history behind his substance abuse which was hanging out with the wrong crowd and depression with the support of his Mother he is now a year sober and has found cooking to be an outlet for his recovery.
To wrap up the episode Amber takes full control of the restaurant While her sister Autumn takes a backseat They change the name of the restaurant to Halterman eatery the dinner service was strong and chef Rock becomes a mentor to Logan.
In conclusion, it’s important to whether it’s management business or supervision to know your craft, work with your team and delegate your staff accordingly.
