The impact large corporations will have  On small businesses in future

Large corporations are in large part impact the existence of small businesses a lot of corporations are trying to take over the.com boom.

As mentioned prior, Instagram and Facebook have created their marketplace which replaces the need for websites and Amazon has had private sellers before with Amazon FBA well there are other companies such as Teespring Etsy, and Poshmark who also lend their platforms to those interested in starting their projects.

We are seeing more small businesses currently working with Amazon to sell their products and books And this is the future of Retail shopping and what we will eventually see is small stores turning into small warehouses This is once we get  The hang of same-day delivery of products as well as food Which is something that postmates And Amazon prime has already started to do Even though DHS performance is piss poor.

However, it starts to get interesting when corporations begin to build cities like SpaceX who is building a city in Texas named Starbase are working together with other space businesses such as Virgin America and Bigelow Aerospace to colonize both the Moon and Mars.

The fact that corporations are taking initiative and doing the things that  The US government fails to do Bill Maher made an excellent point in his show where he talks about the  Accomplishments of China Because they don’t get distracted with the small things such as Company’s Decisions where how may promote their products for what products they sell like doctor Seuss,  Hasbro or Warner Media Even though there Motivation is both Monetisation and Free press Which is a tactic Called operation mockingbird.

In conclusion, we can already see the ramifications of big business and big Tech controlling the narrative and allow them to dictate how we conduct business one example is Amazon going against unions to the point where they get 1984 and manipulate traffic lights

24 hours to hell and back season 3 episode 1

Gordon Ramsay is back and he’s not taking any excuses from anybody The first restaurant that Gordon visits is Lowry’s a seafood restaurant in Tappahannock, Virginia ran by two sons one who is unmotivated to continue to be in the restaurant and the other micromanager and an unmotivated staff.

As the episode begins you get to see the condition of the restaurant and how badly they have Let It Go, due to their massive debt they’re forced to buy from local markets instead of buying the bulk, we also have a boss who is not happy with the way things are and avoids the business altogether.

Gordon Ramsay disguised as an old man in a wheelchair he drags several seniors with him to the restaurant  in order to get an in-depth look on the goings-on of the restaurant and it’s not good you have spoiled crab cakes sour oysters and chewy beef.

Immediately you see the changes that are going on in this season of 24 hours to hell and back and set a everybody following them to the mobile kitchen that Gordon seems to find a way to hide they’re all displayed on the TV monitors at the restaurant.

After the guests leave and the employees get everything off their you see everything that’s wrong with the kitchen they have raw meat mixed with cooked meat, all the seafood is rotten, dirty vents dirty kitchen nothing has been cleaned for months which I don’t care how bad things get you should never let go of your kitchen especially when dealing with those who eat your food.

After Gordon talks to Brothers, he turns everything around teaches that cooks how to cook to prepare them for the relaunch.

In any industry if you take care of your employees they will take care of you also if you take care of your customers they will take care of you

Head Chef Anthony who is Excelled in the beginning fell to the pressure of and ended up quitting mid service leaving Eric to take over and also Mele saving in the service got two months later the restaurant is doing well and it has flourished since then.

I cannot stress cleanliness enough it is important to have a clean kitchen throwing away whatever isn’t being used or even damaged if you need to revamp anyting there are company is out there that will help you or invest.

That’s all I have for you today check out my like a boss review if you seen it I have a non-spoiler review as well

Hospitality

First before I get started on the hospitality industry and toiletries I want to give you a couple of the travel tips. when on vacation If you have a Fire stick be sure to pack that with you on your trip. Hotels have now upgraded to flat and smart TVs Although channels they offer are still limited. if you have your fire stick you could watch Netflix Hulu etc. or if the hotel is really fancy and comes with a smart TV you don’t need your Fire stick you could just use your phone but make sure once you leave you sign off of Netflix or any streaming service you may be subscribe to. Now onto the news. A singer by the name of Haley wrote on Twitter Thursday bringing up the issue of how the toiletry Industry is possibly alienating people of color

I find this statement to be slightly asinine because when hotels look for companies to partner up with because it’s complementary they’re going to go with the most inexpensive to purchase them. The best thing about hotels is at the end of your stay they ask you to fill out a survey and I can say the few I’ve stayed The best thing about hotels I’ve stayed in including the most quality one which was the Hilton in Parsippany, New Jersey for the amount I paid it was perfect from The breakfast buffet to the bar area they have a great burger however Wyndham brands are the ones I mostly stay in when I go to six flags anyway I’m getting off track. Back to complementary items The reason they ask you to fill out the survey because they want you to return and The questions that they usually ask are pretty simple and even give you an option to add any comments so they can see what was missing. Also most hotels usually have gift shops either inside or nearby so you can buy the things that they may be missing and that you may want, remember all brands have a travel size.

So no the value and quality of the toiletries you hotels is not based on race and we need to stop making every single thing about race for the next one is going to be about policy.

Media and the free market

Over the past Year there has been a rise in Boycotts, whether it be boycott Netflix Boycott Keurig boycott NFL boycott Oscars boycott NRA sponsors boycott NRATV and many many more. Although boycotts in the past were more affective nowadays Boycotts don’t work like they used too. For example A lot of rental car companies and airlines have pulled out of “discount programs ” pulled certain guns off their shelves and preemptively put age restrictions on guns. Granted what many of these companies have done was a slight overreaction to say the least and a publicity stunt at best it was also a strategic move to get people to go with their rewards programs and pander to the customer base. However I’ve already discussed that in a previous blog which you can check out by Clicking on this link Today I’m going to talk about alternative media Specifically YouTube, Facebook,Twitter and Netflix. YouTube, Facebook and Twitter has found itself in quite a bit of controversy considering With their overreaction where do you have pocket with their overreaction with advertisers and YouTube creators it’s an issue effecting everyone like Matt jarbo’s Mondanematt Kyle Kalinsky’s secular talk, Dave Rubin from the Rubin report, Sargon of akkad, and Alex Jones’s infowars main reason being is since the death of cable YouTube is prioritizing their larger streamers and other news organizations such as FOXNews CNN as well as pushing YouTube TV and YouTube red and although I do not agree with the idea of Censorship we need to understand the most important thing we live in a free market society where you can say do watch/listen and read anything you want just as long as it doesn’t insight violence if these platforms are not doing right by their subscribers then ultimately what has to be done is that people need to move to other platforms. Such as Twitch, dailymotion, vimeo, tumblr and gab.ai. Now on to Netflix. Like YouTube Netflix has a wide variety of movies and shows at your disposal if you do not like a particular show or movie you don’t have to watch it so for you to boycott Netflix for giving Obama a platform or dear white people or any reason is ridiculous just don’t watch it I am going to leave you with a video from the late George Carlin

I don’t agree with boycotts simply because not only don’t they work but because it violates freedom of speech (the first amendment) and as for the free market we are far from it when you still have a monopoly on the cable industry and The energy market

Market and advertising your restaurant, rental properties, Products and services by using social network

OK let’s say you have a restaurant or diner like midnight express you want people to come to your establishment You can advertise it anywhere by using all the conventional ways Google Facebook page, Twitter Instagram Snapchat or Pinterest or you could offer your establishment to meet up groups for example Star Trek meets once a month at CafeR and sometimes stone creek lounge but you could invite anyone. As long as guarantee that they’re going to spend a substantial amount of money. Same thing if you want to rent out your space like Ripley Grier. Look for people who don’t have a space weather a yoga class like naked in motion, a course or workshop like Renatus. And the opposite goes as well if you’re looking for a space or looking to advertise products and services Meetup is your best bet.

Multilevel marketing

When I tried Multilevel marketing and network marketing six years ago it started to become a fad it trended for a few months then would die out before I could get to the next one. with multilevel marketing you need a tangible product that would last. Every time I joined all everyone was taken and it would be onto the next fad Sure you have marketing tools which will help you in the future but that’s it I’ve done empower network a blogging system that used The same platforms that are used today I have Tried exp body with fat burners, powders and energy drinks. currently I am with nspire network which is public now it was $36 to become a distributor when I joined the products are available now for distributors at $100 a box, but When it finally goes public The products include cherish pads which are made out of organic material that stops leakage, prevents longer periods and cancer Can be sold to stores or individuals delivered right to their door.

Cherish pads

• Get your real estate or mortgage license, or try real estate investing and if you do Airbnb don’t rent out an apartment you’re destroying the renters market The rent is too damn high

Service transcends everything

Service transcends everything if we’ve learned anything this year especially with boycotts is that most people can careless what you think just as long as the product you are selling is good as a matter of fact the mirror threat of a boycott can actually earn you more customers than lose perfect examples are as followed

  • Nordstrom
  • NFL
  • Keurig
  • Starbucks

Then you have places like Chick-fil-A or the coffee taverns in billings, MT where it didn’t make a difference in the matter this is because they provided good service despite their opinions. People will come back to you as long as you have the 4 p’s

  1. Product
  2. Price
  3. Place
  4. Promotion

As long as you have what they need at a good price at convenient location and display a great attitude you’ll make it.

In closing Everybody has an opinion but as long as your opinions doesn’t effect the way you treat your customers then you’re perfectly fine but also remember Products and services must be good.
