During my Orlando vacation last summer I had the benefit of catching a flick at AMC Springs 24 and my experience was a fair one and although I didn’t have an entrée it was an interesting experience so here’s what you can expect when going to this dine in theater.
The quality of guests service is exquisite they’re
The menu is easy & straight to the point
They sell quality entrees ( burgers, steak etc.)
The lobby, theaters and bathrooms are pristine
You order your food when you sit down so there’s no tripping or loosing your snacks, beer and or wine while you look for your seat
There’s a button at your seat if you want service.

7-Eleven has added self service hotdogs to their stores this although it may seem like a good idea it’s not I contest to that claim
Wednesday September 12,2018 I stopped at a 7-Eleven ordered 2 hotdogs which I suspected wasn’t ready but because I’m a glutton for punishment I ate them anyway.
Immediately after eating the 2 hotdogs I felt Ill so I rushed home instead of continuing my side job with postmates.
Later that day I went to the bank to deposit money unfortunately The nearest restaurant I was close to was across the street I exploded before I hit the seat.
Now as a person who’s worked in the food service industry I know the difference between a hot dog that’s cooked and one that’s only half way done this was one of those cases.
The temperature of the hot dogs are supposed to be checked with a food thermometer which looks like this
The temperature for a hotdog has to be between 140 and 165 for safe consumption. If this isn’t it could have tragic and dire consequences such as food poisoning or salmonella.

These are serious issues that should have been addressed before doing such a thing and that’s not the only issue with the stores that has to be addressed such as cross contamination in the condiment section like for example the utensils that are being used for the onions being shared in the tomato’s or thejalapeño mixed with the pickles each condiment needs it’s own utensils like this
Safety is important when it comes anything especially when it comes everything especially when it comes to food, remember these rules before serving
- Wash your hands
- never reuse the same glove
- If you don’t have gloves use wax paper
- Check the temperature before serving
- Follow hot and cold holding tips
- Don’t depend on hand sanitizer alone

A 32 week old pregnant woman from Canada who stopped at McDonald’s for a caffeine rush got more then what she expected when she ordered a latte from a McDonald’s drive-thru in Alberta, Canada
She drove off and took a sip, it tasted funny and her mouth burned luckily she a bottle of water in her which she used to rinse out her mouth she went back and informed the manager about the state of her coffee.
It turns out the coffee machine which was being cleaned and the milk supply line was connected to cleaning solution which caused the cross contamination.
Both mother and child are expected to be okay, McDonald’s apologized and is reviewing its cleaning practice.
Given the fact that I have had massive food poisoning on more then several occasions And considering The fight for 15 movement I have to say that most of the employees need more training on food handling.

Rotation is important in food handling I have spoken about this before last time it was but temperature granted this is not the first time I had a parfait that was not up to par the last one I had gave me food poisoning now today I’m going to Talk about rotation Today is July 30 this is food handling 101 Alcatraz landing in San Francisco had a better understanding of this then McDonald’s.
It’s important to talk about FIFO rotation system in order not to poison anybody so now it’s time for retraining so here we go
A simple system everyone needs to follow to the T whenever you are distributing food remember what you put in for this week you take out the next dates are important and when in doubt throw it don’t serve food you wouldn’t eat yourself or give to family and friends
